Do treatments include spa access?
Spa access is optional with treatment bookings for non-residents and can be added on the day for £15 per person, payable at the health club reception.
Guests staying at the hotel receive complimentary spa access during their stay.
If you book one of our Spa Day packages, full spa access is included in the package price.

Do I need to arrive early for my appointment?
Yes, we recommend arriving at least 10 minutes before your appointment to allow time to relax and complete any necessary consultation forms.
What happens if I arrive late?
Late arrival may result in reduced treatment time to avoid disruption to other guests and scheduled appointments. Full treatment charges may still apply.
What is your cancellation policy?
We kindly ask for a minimum of 72 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling requests.
Appointments cancelled with less than 72 hours notice, or missed without notice, are non-refundable.
Do I pay when booking?
Yes, all online bookings are charged in full at the time of booking.
Do I need to complete a consultation form?
Yes, consultation forms are required before any treatment to ensure treatments are safe and suitable for you. This form will be emailed to you to fill out at the time of booking.

Can I receive treatments while pregnant?

Are treatments available for under 18s?
No, treatments are available to clients aged 18 and over only.
Do Park Hall Hotel & Spa members receive a discount?
From July 2026, eligible Park Hall Hotel & Spa health club members may receive a 10% discount on treatments.
Please note this discount cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotions or discounted offers.
All health club memberships are managed independently by Park Hall Hotel & Spa.
What should I wear to my appointment?
You may wear whatever feels comfortable. Towels will be provided where appropriate for treatments.
Can I use my phone during my visit?
To help maintain a calm and relaxing environment for all guests, we kindly ask that mobile phones are kept on silent during your visit.
What if I have allergies or sensitive skin?
Please inform us of any allergies, sensitivities, or skin concerns before your treatment so we can tailor products and treatments appropriately.
