The Willows Retreat Spa does not provide refunds for treatments or services that have been carried out.

Where a concern is raised during an appointment, every reasonable effort will be made to resolve the issue before the client leaves the premises. This policy does not affect any statutory rights available under applicable UK consumer legislation
